A mechanical display

Bisel is a display typeface inspired by European and American classic condensed typefaces and the work of designers like Herb Lubalin, Tom Carnase and Walter Haettenschweiler.

Bisel remixes different features from several classics that results in a mechanical appearance, offset by some subtle human like gestures and mathematical inaccuracies. Bisel a perfect font for loud and unmistakable headlines.

Bisel is available in one weight and four widths, from Regular to XXCondensed, also as a variable font. It supports an extended Latin character set including a “squared” stylistic set, standard ligatures and case sensitive forms. Designed by Fase Studio between 2022 and 2023.
